We have made best efforts to deliver high quality and reliable Field Balancers to many customers as the pioneer of balancing instruments. In 1988 we developed the original technology for Balance Measurement making use of Multivariable amount analytical method. Furthermore in 2002 we developed SB-7700R that controlled harmful 3D(X,Y,Z) vibration occurred at every rotary speed of operation. Field Balancer
Sigma's unique variable speed balancer prevents vibration over a wide range of rotational speeds (SB-7705R / SB-7707RB series). Sigma's field balancers are highly accurate and can handle a wide range of rotational speeds. (Available for low speeds up to 60min-1 and ultra-high speeds up to 400,000min-1.)

Vertical Balancing Machine
Sigma lineups highly accurate models that can perform balancing fitting for each work efficiently from “Vertical 1 plane Balancing Machine” for Meter indicator with only several gram until “Vertical 2 plane Balancing machine” for marine propeller over 50kg.

Horizontal Balancing Machine
For cylindrical rotor that requires 2-plane balancing, horizontal balancing machine is the most suitable, because mounting of rotor is easy and simple. Sigma adopted the original algorithm to perform optimum accuracy with maximum 2-plane balancing.

Vibrometer
Since its foundation, Sigma, as a pioneer of balancers, has researched and developed various field balancers and balancing testers based on its unique technology, and has exported them to both domestic and overseas markets, contributing to the development of the industry.
