Job Responsibilities

• To do fabrication work in accordance with existing provisions. (Welding and Painting) from beginning until done.
• To perform manual and auto machining jobs.
• To do Assembling (assy) from beginning until done according to the drawing that has been specified (to install in customer and in workshop).
• To operate Production Machines, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• To do dimensional measurement, inspection, controlling and quality checking towards the products in accordance with quality standard.
• To operate milling machine, grinding machine, lathe machine, band saw machine machining center etc according to standar operation.
• Preparing reports on daily basis
• Maintaining the continuity of the production process and assembling continues
• Doing fabrication work (welding and painting etc.)
• Coordinate with all teams to find problem solving solutions.
• Ensure the production process runs according to applicable procedures.
• Teach MasterCam Program when needed
• Do rolling shift 1 and shift 2 if needed.
